The main findings of the report showed:

1. Lack of transparency and communication delays are the two biggest challenges in the talent interview and job search process.

2. When it comes to interviews, candidates around the world find 2-3 rounds to be ideal and 10-20 days as a reasonable length of time from getting a job.

3. Flexible work arrangements are the norm, not the exception. 83% said it was the first consideration for accepting an offer in 2022.

4. 87% of respondents globally are actively considering changing jobs in 2022, giving them more control, flexibility and higher compensation

5. Competitive compensation is no longer the only key decision-making factor when selecting a job. Work-life balance ranks second with 55%.

6. Up to 80% of highly-skilled knowledge workers consider working with an employer of record – helping companies tap into a broader, more diverse talent pool to onboard the right skills and scale teams at work global scale.
